Our approach

AgenticKavach is built privacy-first. We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service, we ask for explicit consent before collecting it, and we never sell personal data.

What we collect today

During this early preview, the website does not collect or store any personal data. The early access form is a visual preview and does not transmit, save, or log what you type.

What we will collect at launch

When the full assessment and early access open, we will collect — only with your consent:

• Your name and email address, to deliver your results
• Your selected role or persona, to tailor your assessment
• Your company, only if you choose to share it
• Your assessment answers and readiness score
• A timestamp of your consent

You can take the first assessment without creating an account. Full results are unlocked only after consent-based sign-up.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page views, such as which pages are visited and overall visit counts. It is privacy-friendly and cookie-free: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not use advertising trackers. We use it only for high-level, aggregate insights, not to build personal profiles. For details on exactly what Vercel processes, see Vercel’s own analytics and privacy documentation.

Your rights

When data collection begins, you will be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
